There’s something about Travi$ Scott that has always intrigued us. He just stands out as an artist, without even trying. A true rap rock star he is. His stage shows are invigorating. The Houston-native brings something different to the hip-hop table and it’s refreshing.

Well, he’s been paying his dues and is now ready to release his debut album, Rodeo. Last week, Travi$ Scott debuted the first single off of the album, “3500,” which features Future and 2 Chainz. It’s a multi-produced track that boasts production credits from Zaytoven, Metro Boomin, Mike Dean, Million $ Mano, and Allen Ritter ALL on one song.  Fans can expect to see more production features on the album that will include Kanye West, Sonny Digital, TM-88 and Southside-808 Mafia.

Although Rodeo was scheduled to drop in March of this year, the album has been placed on hold. Most recently, Travi$ Scott tells MTV that he’s not dropping the album unless Kid Cudi jumps on the project.

“I feel like he’s part of my story,” Scott told MTV News. “So it’s only right that we do a song together, just to get that off. It’s part of my story, part of my life. There would be no Travi$ Scott if it wasn’t for him.”

“3500” is now available on iTunes. Follow Travi$ Scott on Instagram @travisscott or on Twitter @trvisXX .
